orders & shipping

how long until my order ships?

Every bearsnack piece is made to order. Expect 5–7 business days for production, then 3–5 business days for US shipping. International: add 7–14 business days. We'll email you tracking the moment it leaves our printer.

do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to most countries. Shipping rates and timing are calculated at checkout based on your address. Customs and duties (where applicable) are your responsibility — we can't cover them, but we'll always mark packages accurately.

can i change or cancel my order?

We can change or cancel orders within 6 hours of purchase, before they hit the printer. After that, the piece is being made specifically for you — we can't pull it back. Email info@iamabearsnack.com immediately if you need to make a change.

returns & exchanges

what's your return policy?

Because every piece is made to order, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse or wrong-size orders. Please check the size guide before ordering. If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

what counts as “wrong”?

• arrived damaged in transit
• print or embroidery defect (smudged, off-center beyond normal tolerance, missing elements)
• wrong size shipped vs. what you ordered
• wrong product entirely

Include photos in your email and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

can i exchange for a different size?

Not directly — every piece is made to order, so we can't take back the wrong size to send out a different one. Please measure carefully against the size guide. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

what sizes do you carry?

Tees go S–3XL. The hoodie goes XS–3XL. Caps and the tote are one size.

how do your sizes run?

Roomy. If you're between sizes, size down for fitted, size up (or true to size) for relaxed. See the size guide for measurements.

what's the difference between the wordmark cap and the paw cap?

Same blank, different artwork. The wordmark cap has bearsnack stitched on the front. The paw cap has the watercolor bear paw on the front. Both have a paw embroidered on the back.

why two snack tees?

Different artwork for different blank colors. The light tees have the snack word printed in warm brown to echo the paw's middle band. The dark tees have it in cream for contrast. Same paw on the front of both, same bearsnack lockup on the back yoke.

the brand

why “bearsnack”?

Because some of us are snacks. And some of us would like to be considered snacks. And the rest of us want to wear something that says we're part of the world where that's a compliment.

are you a “real” company?

Yes. We're a small team that makes clothing and accessories for the bear community. We're not a faceless dropshipper — we design every piece, choose the print partners, write every word you read on this site, and personally read every email reply.
